What’s the best thing about Wellesley?
Of course, it’s the town of Wellesley.
It’s the schools and churches and swimming Morse’s Pond and walking Lake Waban. It’s the shopping on Central Street and Linden Square. It’s our every increasing dining opportunities. It’s golfing on America’s oldest 9-hole course, Nehodian. It’s the Wellesley Orchestra and the Davis Museum and the Library. It’s tennis and softball and jogging and biking.
Of course, it’s the people. In my fifty plus years in town, I have never seen anyone or heard of anyone who was unwelcomed.
If you can afford to live here, you want to live here. If you’re patient, you can find a home under $500,000. If you have the means, grand estates await.
In all price ranges, a Wellesley buyer’s expectations are high. There are few Handyman Specials. Top quality and A-1condition are the norm inside the house and around the grounds.
Also, buyers are happy when they choose the right agent.
Who is the right agent?
Whether buying or selling, it is an agent who listens, who is knowledgeable, who is patient and always professional.
It is about what the CLIENT wants and NOT what the agent thinks they should want.
When you call other Wellesley real estate offices, you may not know with whom who you’ll be dealing. At Wellesley Real Estate, you know you’ll be dealing directly with me, Bill FitzPatrick. You will NOT be shuffled off to an assistant. You will NOT be dealing with an over-stressed and over-commited agent who is a nice person but overwhelmed with too many listings and too many promises.
