Why do you have all the Wellesley signs?

Question: Living in Wellesley, I notice your company’s “Wellesley Real Estate” signs more than other offices.  Why is this since you are a smaller company?

Thank you for noticing. 

In actually, we may not have more signs than our national competitors but our local signs are more visible. 

Why is an easy answer. 

We are the leading residential real estate firm covering Wellesley and Natick.  More rentals tend to be on main streets, signs are great advertising on main streets.

We like signs.  We like signs as a part of a total marketing effort.  We also like MLS and print advertising and email advertising and we have a very strong web presence.
