Want To Sell Your Wellesley Home For A Higher Price? Hire A Good Looking Agent

From the archives of life is not always fair, previous studies have shown that better looking people, especially women, will enjoy the benefit of the doubt when graded by teachers or when stopped by the police.

Now, a new study from Old Dominion University, finds that male homebuyers are willing to pay higher price for a property in direct proportion to the attractiveness of their female real estate agents.  To a lesser degree, the same is true of female homebuyers.

So, Miss America, getting your real estate license could be a smart career choice.

Unfortunately for me, the attractiveness of male real estate agents has no pricing effect on real estate buyers or sellers.
